My story

My name is Kasia and I’m a UX/UI designer with a background in brand marketing and customer experience.
In my previous roles in fast-paced unicorn startups, I was highly recognized for my ability to manage (multiple) projects and tasks to deadline, as well my ability to swiftly adapt to changing timelines or expectations.
Being part of a Team working on marketing campaigns with top travel brands, while serving the whole company’s visual content needs, regular connecting with other teams and setting up organizational solutions helped me ensure efforts were aligned and resources distributed efficiently.
My managers and colleagues would describe me as a reliable, helpful and hard working person who is always willing to go extra mile to get the job done. Work-life balance is important to me, which is why in my work “the impossible” may take up to 5 business days :) I am comfortable working alone but enjoy working and growing in multicultural teams as well.
My passion for learning is what gets me up in the morning and I will always try to master a new skill or tool. I believe there is more than one solution to every problem. My obsession with solving problems and simplifying things is what made me choose the path of user experience design.
Having successfully completed a UX Design Education with a User Interface Design and Frontend for Designers specialization at CareerFoundry, I am eager to combine my creative visual skills with newly acquired design process tools & knowledge.
When I’m done solving world's problems, you will find me either scuba diving, or crafting historical costumes and going back in time to produce images for museums and historical publications.
My goal is to find a permanent role in tech industry - ideally within mobility, education, healthcare, or environmental fields - to help make digital products easier and more intuitive to use and thus create positive impact on people’s lives and society.
While I am currently based in Berlin, I am open to relocate or to work remotely. I love meeting new people and learning new points of view. Reach out if you want to chat about creating products that people love using or experimental archaeology.
